If you do not receive a confirmation immediately then your booking did not go through and I will not be expecting you for an appointment. Late arrival policy: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to have ample time to park, for consultation, and so we may begin on time. If you arrive late for your session, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time and you will be charged the full amount. Exceptions will be made if our consultation runs longer than 10 minutes.

*I have a dog that lives in my home. While she will not be present in the treatment room during your massage, if you are severely allergic, or not fond of dogs, it may be better for you to book a massage elsewhere (mild allergies have not posed a problem for clients in the past as I keep my home extremely clean).
